On your sent email:
Digitally Signed - you have installed the private key for yourself@Example.com.au.
Encrypted - you have installed the public key for test@HealthEmail.com.au.
On our encrypted reply:
Decrypted - you have installed the private key for yourself@Example.com.au.
Digitally Signed - you have installed the public key for test@HealthEmail.com.au.
On the reply, if you see it is encrypted (lock icon) and you can read the contents - congratulations, you are done!
Should you have trouble corresponding with colleagues, send them a link to our website, and they can practice with the test email address (at no charge!) until they sort it out.
BTW, we have a some suggestions to prevent you (or someone a little careless in your organisation) forgetting to set encrypted when sending confidential patient data via email.
