Luckily, this should all be a little simpler than the GroupWise guides below suggest. Your certificates are already generated by Medicare Australia, so no need for Administrators to do that. Since you already have the CD with your certificates, you can start with Step 2 in the user’s guide; Import the Encryption Key/Certificate.
I suspect you will have to also have to use the Certificate Authorities' Certificates button to load Medicare Australia’s Root and Organisation Certificates.
